Of course, it‘s the 21st century, isn‘t it?

Yes. Fill in the online order form with your personal details, upload a photo and choose the best way of delivery or pick-up point. Order ISIC online here.

OPTION A): If you had ordered ISIC with delivery and already payed for it, but didn’t get your card during the indicated period, few things could had happened:

  1. the documents you uploaded were not proper or it pointed out you could not have ISIC;
  2. photo you uploaded did not comply with the requirements for making ISIC;
  3. it is possible that postman didn’t find you at home (postman comes to your home only once!) or address was written incorrectly, so the postal item came back to the post department.

What should you do?

  1. Check the email you pointed out while filling in the online order form. It could be, you got a letter asking to clarify some of the data/ upload proper photo of yours.
  2. Contact us at info@isic.lt or +370 5 2397396 and ask for help. Tell us about your problem and don‘t forget to write your name and surname.

If you have lost your ISIC, call us +370 5 2397396 or write an e-mail at į info@isic.lt (don‘t forget to point out your name and surname) and we will block your card. No additional fees for the lost card will be applied. If you want to order new card, follow the instructions as usual.

No, you shouldn‘t. Your card is ready to use the way it is – with all it‘s attributes. You do not try to remove holograms from paper money, do you?
